SettleOn AI provides an AI-powered platform that analyzes medical records and generates chronological summaries for legal professionals. The Service includes document upload, AI analysis, and export functionality.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Upload documents you do not have the right to process
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required for pages processed beyond the free trial. Prices are as listed on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Pay-per-use charges are billed at the time of processing. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SettleOn AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to documents you upload and chronologies generated from your documents.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. THE AI-GENERATED CHRONOLOGIES ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES AND SHOULD BE REVIEWED BY QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS BEFORE USE IN LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SETTLEON AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SettleOn AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
